|  It policy on BB
Please Login to Remove! Hi, I have a blackberry that was given to me by my next door neighbor. It has a merrill lynch IT policy on it. According to Merrill Lynch, the policy has been removed but I am still unable to receive a browser icon. Blackberry and Tmobile say that it is a ML issue and ML says to take it up with BB. Email works great as does all of the other functions.
Besides getting a new BB, does anyone have any suggestions?
