I'm new in here, i wonder if anyone can help.

My boss keeps receiving:
Out of coverage, No service

Has anyone seen this before please?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have seen cases where the BB will fall out of service, sometimes it will reconnect by turning off the network and back on, second turn off the BB and last remove the battery for a few minutes. Other times you just have to wait until the subway comes out of the tunnel

You can troubleshoot coverage issues by going to Options>Network and trying Manual network selection. If you have two devices and one of them consistantly is having trouble finding the network, you can try to reload the Radio software on the device. If this fails, you may have a bad device and need to request a replacement.
