| System Attendant BlackBerry Service Messages Please Login to Remove! Everybody that had a BlackBerry in my company started to receive these messages this morning (about 50 of them) on their blackberry's
I logged inot the BES and checked the Event Viewer under the application logs...
From 8pm yesterday to current these error messages have been popping up... Already attempted to open message 76672 for user *************, skipping now
***** is where the user's name is...
I contacted BlackBerry support and they were not much help, they stated that it could possible be due to a message that was motified after the BES sent it out. He said that I can enable the BES so it wont send these Messages to the Blackberry's but that doesnt tell me how to fix the problem. Plus it requires service pack 2 and were are still on 1.
I rebooted the BES but the problem is still their, its like its pumping these error messages out for every user, and is not stopping...
Can anyone help me on this?
