Hi all,
When I try to add a user to my Blackberry server, I receive the following error:
"Failed to add user Bill Jones to the Blackberry server. Unable to open mailbox for user. The user's mailbox may have been deleted."

This is the first time I've tried adding a user from this particular exchange server. The other 2 exchange servers I have added users from have worked fine. Can anyone provide me with the instructions on how to add the necessary permissions to this exchange sever for the Blackberry server.
Running 2003 Exchange server and 4.0 BES server.

Our bes admin account has exchange view only administrator Role in exchange at the root and on each information store it has read, execute, read permissions, list contents, read Properties, List Object, Administer information store, view information store status, recive as, and send as permissions. Hope that helps.

Is it possible that the user is at quota? If that's the case the Blackberry info cannot be written to the user's mailbox
