I cant start the BB Dispatcher on BES 4.0.2.3
Im running windows 2k sp4 and Domino 5

Have a look a your Event Viewer and BES logs (DISP logs). Have you run the bbsrptest to determine if you can reach the SRP host at RIM? What does the above results indicate?
Have you attempted to restart the service numerous times? If so it may require a call to RIM to re-activate the service. What happened prior to this issue?

Hi, I performed clean uninstall of said bes 4.0 then everything works fine....thanks for the reply....cheers, sly
