Hi, got another problem this one is with receiving EMAILS..

My problem -> In users outlook there are 50 messages
In my bb handheld there are 100 messages.... no duplicates..

How to address this issue..thank you..

If there are 50 messages that shouldn't be there the first question I would ask is whether these e-mails were even sent to this user.

To get the most out of this forum it is helpful to provide sufficient detail. This post definitely doesn't help others help you.

@ BBTechGuy... hah!

It makes me think about the other day when I went to the doctor's office and the pre-screening lady asked what was wrong and I answered 'I feel sick' ...she just rolled her eyes and said 'Details, please?!'
