Do i need any exclusion with norton antivirus corporate or any setting i need to do.

I don't personally have any exclusions on our BES servers, each running Symantec Corporate 10.0.2. If you are running the BES with a local database, then exclude that location (it should error anyhow, but its best to add the exclusion to SAV). You may want to exclude the Logs directory for BES, as well.

What the exact path should I exclude ?

If you mean for SQL, I'd just exclude the entire installation directory (C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\ or something along those lines), although more specifically would be the DATA directory (default installation; you may have the database installed elsewhere). As for the BES logs, they are in the installation directory for BES (unless you specify elsewhere during the installation).

The speed of deliver to the handheld back to normal now.
As before, all email deliver to handheld is very very slow.
