Does anyone know how frequently the Handheld properties as viewed via the BlackBerry Manager get updated?

I have 2 devices with the same custom application on it. When I view the Handheld properties (Applications), only ONE of the devices lists the custom application (the device where the app was installed a few days ago).

On the second device, it DOESN'T list the custom application which was just installed a couple of hours ago.

How often is this information updated? Is there any way to refresh this data immediately (ie. poll the device).

BES 4.0 for Domino, SP3, HF4.
