Default Password Keeper- Data Transfer

Please Login to Remove!

I just moved from Verizon's 7130e to Cingular's 8700. My company uses the BES. Everything moved over except the data in Password Keeper. It is empty. Can anyone give me help with this?

Thanks,

Jack

password keeper stores data on the handheld only, not on the BES or in the mailbox

In its options it has a selection for wireless synch? Wouldn't it have to work with BES to affect this?

But wireless sync only works if the BES is at least version 4.0.

Not true. The 'Wireless Sync' is an option and I found out the disturbing way this works. I was told early on the Password Keeper wasn't recoverable by the BES admins but it certainly can be synced. I can't get verification if it can be 'recovered' (password reset) without your knowledge. -Pk
