Question More

Please Login to Remove!

I have a user that has called and says that every email he receives, he has to select the MORE to receive any of the email message. I cannot recreate the issue and he is several hours remote. Does anyone have any ideas to try? BES 4.0, BB 7290.

- On the handheld, open Messages
- Click the trackwheel and choose Options from the menu
- Open General Options
- Make sure Auto More is set to Yes

Funny. I was playing with the BES demo over the weekend and lost the auto-more. I've toggled the setting a few times to see if I can get it back but no luck.
