Default Reinstallation of MS Exchnge 2k/2k3

Please Login to Remove!

Another problem that im facing.

Our client reinstalled their MS Exchange.

And the BES couldn't received/send messages using their handheld.

Did someone encouter this already?

What to check as theyre using same mailbox as to the BES 4.0

When Exchange is rebooted for example, the MAPI connections between BES and Exchange are "broken". It would be necessary to restart the services on the BES and possibly re-initialize the BES service account MAPI profile.
