Default Error Activating: MAPIMailbox::Construct - Open Root Folder failed.

I am having a problem activating a device against a mailbox. Mailbox is on Exchange 5.5 server. The activation just stays at "Activating...." and I see following in the logs after I add the user on BES:

[20116] (03/09 18:53:30):{0x12F4} OpenRootFolder - Mailbox::m_pMDB->OpenEntry (0x80070005) failed.
[40720] (03/09 18:53:30):{0x12F4} MAPI call failed. Error 'You do not have sufficient permission to perform this operation on this object. See the folder contact or your system administrator.', LowLevelError 2147942405, Component 'Microsoft Exchange Server Information Store', Context 1288.
[20080] (03/09 18:53:30):{0x12F4} {} MAPIMailbox::Construct - Open Root Folder failed.
[20154] (03/09 18:53:30):{0x12F4} User xxxx, Fxxx not started

I don't know what's going on, cause when I run the IEMSTest.exe from the utility, no problem connecting to the mailbox and performing all the task that IEMSTest does. Also, I do not get the permissions thing above, cause there are other mailboxes that are on the same exchange server that was successfully activated....

Any ideas or helpful hints???

Thank you.
