I am trying to find a reasonable way of adding a BES to an Exchange environment which is used in a unusual way due to some other integrated apps. Any (polite) suggestions would be gratefully received.

The majority of incoming mail is delivered to several public folders and multiple users monitor and action these in addition to their personal mailboxes. Now they want to be able to do this remotely using a BB via a BES. All the possible solutions so far involve making additional copies of the messages and forwarding them on to seperate mailboxes which are linked to the BES. The downside of this is when replying (using their BB) the sender address is not correct.

Any thoughts?
