| can't forward email.......... Please Login to Remove! OK, here is a strange one: running BES 4.1 and and Exchange 2003 server w/ 15 BB users on BB 7100's. One of the users cannot forward any emails. He gets the nasty red "X" in the status column. If I open the unsent email I see the message "mailbox couldn't find original message". I have tried removing this user from the BES, then adding him again and nuking the handheld and then reloading, all to no avail.
Any suggestions ???
