Default MSDE to SQL conversion for BESMgmt 4.0

Here it is in Brief

1/ Allowed TCP/IP Network connections on MSDE instance by using svrnetcn.exe

2/ Connected to MSDE instance using EM and backed up the BESMgmt database to disk

3/ Restored the BESMgmt on the SQL Server.

4/ Created a SQL Server login and assigned to the rim_db_bes_server role

5/ Imported all records from Master.sysMessages with an error code > 60000

6/ Added/Updated registry values to include SQL Server login username and password on BES machine

Thanks a bunch! Good info! I was actually going to attempt this before the end of our beta cycle.
