Default How to get emails before activation to BB

Please Login to Remove!

I suspect this has been covered before, but can't seem to find it when searching. I just reloaded the OS on my 7250 today, and the BES is sending new email to my handheld just fine. How do I get the old email in my Exchange Inbox to get reloaded on the handheld? Can it be done?

Thanks.

remove yourself from the BES. readd yourself. assuming its 4.0 or 4.1, then it will populate any emails in your inbox, with a cut-off of 5 days or 250 messages (or something like that) - the number of messages/days is configurable in later service packs of 4.0 and the base install of 4.1.

Thanks. I think we're missing something on the BES, as a new BB user doesn't get any email history. Do you happen to know where that setting is?

On BES 4.0 Right-click the server and select "Blackberry Server Properties"
Click "Pre-Population" Tab.
