Can't seem to EA a BB. removed and added user many times from BES 4.0, handheld wipe many times also.

All others are enterprise activating fine. The .dat file hits the inbox in outlook then disappears just as fast.

If it passes iron mail and firewall then what else could it be..

where do i find agent logs database.

Are you running BES on your Exchange server, or a machine that used to be an Exchange server?

if the etp.dat disappears, the bes has get hold on it, that sounds to me that your bes <--> exchange conncetion is set up right. have you tried an other device?

BES is running on its own server and we have Exchange 2003-

Yes I have activated over a 100 devices this week so far and this one will just sit at - activating... retrying etc

The account itself in exchange sends/receives fine.

What are the Junk Mail Options for this individual's Mailbox?
