Default Assigning handset to user - error message

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

I'm trying to assign a handset to a user via usb cable but i keep getting this error message (look in screenshot)

The handset shows up on the screen with the relevant pin but it just wont let me asssign it to a user

any help would be appreciated!

Your attached thumbnail is not visible. It looks blurred. Try editing your post. and reattaching your file

In Domino/BES 4.0.1, it meant you've logged onto a remote admin console with an administrative account that cannot be authenticated on the on BES.
For Exchange/BES this might be the reason..
RPC parameters for the user's server could not be retrieved.
This message indicates an internal error or a SQL database connectivity interruption. xxx56256;xxx56416; Check the connection to the database.
