We are receiving Event ID 15000 errors saying

The description for Event ID ( 15000 ) in Source ( BlackBerry Mobile Data Service ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event: <2006-03-16 05:43:26.434 EST>:[254]:<MDS_CSAUHBESSRV>:<ERROR>:<LAYER = SCM, EVENT = AdminServiceImpl.run(): java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: unable to create new native thread>

At the same time as these, we are seeing drastic delays on messages being delivered to our handhelds. Anyone else ever have this message in their app log?

What version of BES do you have? I'm guessing either a base installation of 4.0.0 or 4.0.1 or 4.0.2. This issue was fixed in HF1/HF2 of 4.0.2. You may want to think about upgrading to 4.0.3 or 4.0.4, depending on your version of Exchange (4.0.3 for Exchange 5.5; 4.0.4 for Exchange 2003 SP2).

I just updated to 4.0.4 and it caused this problem for me.

I am right now upgrading to SP4 per Blackberry.
