Default Is it possible to have two bes servers to one exchange?

Is it possible to have two bes servers pointing to one (the same) exchange 2003 server?

Yes it is definately possible. Each BES is recommended to handle no more than 500 users, so you would set the 2nd one up (I think using the same SQL database). There should be documentation about this on RIM's site.
