this is probably simple, and I have never noticed it before, but in folder redirection on the bb's is the deleted items box supposed to not be available?

Hi there BBGirl, I don't know if this issue is related but I'll ask anyway. What email client are you using? We are a IBM Domino/Notes user and we're having a similar problem where the user deletes from the BB and the item just disappears. As if it bypasses the trashcan. Nothing ever goes there. When BES Synchronizes with DOmino, it then whacks the email out of Domino and it's like the email never existed. Is this your issue?
