Greetings all.

When one of our users deletes an email on her 8700, it's not deleting from her mailbox and vice versa.

Below are some of the errors on our BES:

Our BES server show that the user with the mail reconcilition issue is getting these errors
Eventid 26007
[SYNC-SSession] Packet ignored as its SID(54962921) doesn't match the server SID(69369718). [Bandel, Elyse:56]
[SYNC-SSession] Packet ignored as its SID(13412500) doesn't match the server SID(64567375). [Bandel, Elyse:56]
[SYNC-SSession] Packet ignored as its SID(15814968) doesn't match the server SID(69369718). [Bandel, Elyse:56]
[SYNC-SSession] Packet ignored as its SID(21336765) doesn't match the server SID(69369718). [Bandel, Elyse:56]
[SYNC-SSession] Packet ignored as its SID(26147296) doesn't match the server SID(69369718). [Bandel, Elyse:56]

This user and a few other users are getting Error 20174
error {user} ReloadPagerStats() failed
and
Error # 20273
{user} GetNewDeletedMessages() failed

Error # 20265
{user} MAPIMailbox::GetNewDeletedMessages - GetContentsTable (0x80040115) failed
We are running BES 4.03
