I am new to the world of Blackberry so bear with me, I just upgraded a user to a 8700C from a 6230. We are using a BES 4.0 server, Should the server be syncronizing past emails with the 8700? I can only get the email folder list but with no emails. It sends and recieves new messages just fine. any help would be apprecaited.
