Morning people, not sure this is the correct forum but anyways...

On a Blackberry you can view all the folders in your mailbox and they show all of their emails, with the exception of the Deleted Items folder which is always empty.
This is proving a little annoying for some of our more trigger happy users who seem to accidentally delete emails on a regular basis. The problem being that they can do nothing until they either return to the office or dial in and move the item back to their Inbox.
So, my question is this - Is there anyway of viewing or retrieving items deleted on the Blackberry?

I am having the same issue! I didn't see the option on my BES server either but I do see a Deleted Items folder under Folder Redirection. I just can't click in it.

To the BES Admin forum.

After you delete a message from the BlackBerry there is no way to get the message back on the BlackBerry. I guess the only way is to resend the message from outlook.

You could alway set the delete on to prompt that way it will ask them if they are sure they want to delete it.

Once it is gone from the BlackBerry it deletes it.
