Default Service Pack 4, Hotfix 2 - BES Exchange - 04-08-2006, 03:41 PM

I'm having trouble installing Hotfix 2. I installed SP4 without a problem. However when Hotfix 2 asks for the original installation .msi I get stuck. I have the original cd I used for the installation (was version 4.0). The hotfix however doesn't seem to like it.

Any ideas? (I'm going to try installing Hotfix 1, and then giving it another go)

Thanks

Hi.

Yes, open the Service Pack 4 install file with WinZip. Extract it to a folder somewhere....Install the hotfix and when it asks for the installation files, point it to the folder you unzipped SP4 into...

Yup - I had the same trouble. Point it back to your SP4 files and it will contiune the install with no issues.
