Help me out please! My client want to be able to manage is email from both the Blackberry and outlook (on exchange 2003). Now what I understand is in case of conflict , the server win or the device.

My client want to be able to move an email on the device, and see the change in Outlook and vice versa.

It seem like BES consider having the same email in 2 folder is a conflict So if I set the server a the winner and move up the email on my Device, the email simply don't show up in Outlook.

Is there a work around ? or my client will have to always change the conflict winner, or only move his email from the device or Outlook, but never from both ?
