Hi all,

Got a small problem, we had a trial BES here a while ago which has since gone and we had nothing until I got a handset yesterday.

Since we had the BES, I have rebuilt my PC. I now have a BB and have done a clean install of the Desktop Software and Redirector. I select all the options to redirect messages from my desktop using redirector and NOT using BES.

I plug my BB in once finished and the sync process works fine however when I open redirector, by default it seems to be trying to connect or getting all it's stats from out old BES and the same dates for when we had it! See pic:



I have fully removed DM etc as per instructions. Does anyone know how this is happening and how I might be able to fix it?

Try generating a new encryption key or obtain an application call dbclean.
