We are going to upgrade the current Dell server to a new Dell server. Can someone link me to a whitepaper for this. We have 4.0 and exchange.

Check the Dell website .....

Or if your talking about migrating BES from one Dell server to another, search RIM's KB, they have several articles about DRA and hot Spares, essentially ... you stop BES on the current Dell server "Stop and disable Services" ... install BES on the new box using the same SRP, License Key, BES Host Name, BES Admin Mailbox and point the new BES server to the same DB. If you were hosting the DB on the same box as BES ... make sure you back it up and then restore to the new box.

pretty much what he said. If you keep the new boxes machine name identicle to the old one, this will make things easier.
