Default Error after Win2k3 sp1 - 05-02-2006, 01:39 PM

Anyone seen this error after upgrading to w2k3 sp1?

Windows cannot load extensible counter DLL BlackBerry Router, the first DWORD in data section is the Windows error code.

If I had to hazard a guess, I would say that your registry setting or sub-keys for the BB router may have been altered. Is the BES functioning as normal since the SP1 install? Is this a distributed install with the router on a separate system?
Try loading the router service on a separate system and have a look at the registry keys to whats different.
Usually as a precaution, sometimes if I remember, I export the registry keys just in case things go awry.
