Default Issue with Sending out IT Policy? - 05-02-2006, 02:34 PM

for some reason today the users I have added get connected and their email works just fine but our IT policy is not in affect.

Our companies IT policy disables the browser but once activations is complete they can surf the web.

I tried resending the IT policy but it just sits in a pending state.

We are running on a Lotus Domino BES SP3 hotfix 4...

I'm holding on the phone with BlackBerry support now.

Ok i figured it out,

I checked the services and sure enough the BlackBerry policy service wasnt started.

I started it and within a few mins the IT policy was accepted by the handheld.

I rebooted the server last week and it must have never came back up when the services started.

Man BlackBerry support is a long wait.
