Hi guys,

Can someone lighten me up on my bes issue please?

I have a bes 4.0.4 on exchange 2003 sp1

Problem: Whenever i attached an attachments (supported by bes and less than 2mb) then send it to hh..

On hh, it cant view. It just hangup with no error.

I performed a wipe handheld , firmware upgrade, outlook reconfiguration.

All users are affected on the attachment viewing.

I performed BES REPAIR, stop/restart of services, restart of BES.

Any hints?

Have you tested the affected files on the BES?

BB Server Config/Attachment Service/Test attachment service

got it solved..

repaired bes / xml parser
disabled sophos antivirus

then tested using the blackberry attachment server - conversion was successful..
