Our organization has purchased software called Boxtone that monitors BB activity. Does any one know where on the BES the "BES log files" are located?

thanks

The company we got it from was Panacya. We paid $3K for 1 year term license for up to 200 users, It was a special deal they had going.

$3K per year? i dont understand...how does the licensing cost work? is it per server or by number of users or per year?.... because i'm sure eventually we'd want it for all our srevers. what the regular cost is, without the discount? thanks. marcus

marcus asked me to jump in on this thread since I work at Panacya...

Unfortunately, I'm in Engineering and I have absolutely no idea how the pricing works. I remember sitting in a brown bag when someone started to explain it... I tuned out because it started to sound like I needed a spreadsheet to follow along. *shrug*

As for the log files, look under "Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server\Logs". For example: C:\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server\Logs
