We have a BES running 3.6 on Exchange 2000. i have a user that tells me that she doesn't not get any messages at times for a while then all of sudden a slew of messages flood her inbox. Can anyone tell me if this has happend to anyone, and if there are any fixes

If her BlackBerry lost coverage, she'd not get any messages until it got coverage again.

This happens all the time to our field reps with Verizon BlackBerrys that travel in the mid-west, where it's not unusual to find huge areas where Verizon has no coverage.

Couple of things you can do, have her call when she knows this is happening, look and see what is pending to her, if messages are pending to her then likely it's coverage. Also I've noticed and I'm sure it's in here somewhere, if people are constantly moving between towers the blackberries sometimes miss their "tower handshake", in my experience when this happens easiest thing to do is reset the device by pulling battery and putting back in.

I would imagine it's coverage with her, if it was your infrastructure somewhere more people would be complaining.
