For awhile my company would just buy single CAL's, so now I have a million seprate CAL's. Does anyone know if RIM will let me trade in say 20 singles for a 20 CAL or 2 10's?

Yes, you should be able to. When I upgraded my company BES from 2.2 to 4.0, RIM was able to take our separate licenses and combine it into a single license.
