I have a BB 7230. I use BES and exchange. It´s necessary introduce the name of the mail account that is in exchange in the handheld?

I'm confused at your question, if that's what it is...

When activating on BES, you shouldn't have to do anything to the handheld. BES will activate itself once you tell it to from the BES Manager...

i think he's asking if you have to input the account name of the exchange mailbox into the handheld... (maybe?)

if thats the case, either two things... if BES4.0 is what you have and you have a email/password that was generated, then you can do so via Enterprise Activation. if not, then as long as you are added to the BES, you can specify the MAPI profile from within Desktop Manager and it will pick up your mailbox from that.
