Ok, I downloaded and installed this on my Exchange Server. It installed some form of SQL server too. When i try to launch the Blackberry Manager it tries to connect to the database BESmgmt. But I don't know the username / password for the connection. Any ideas?

Try installing the MSXML 4.0 SP2, that fixed the problem for me.

I don't have 10 posts yet so I can't link it, just search Google for MSXML SP2.

The installation guide has a Checklist that you should have followed. This would have alerted you to the installation of this program.
