BB still sends from old account after moving to BES
I've migrated a user from the desktop redirector with ATTWS to BES 3.6.2a with Exchange 2003. The user account appears to have been created successfully, the status is 'running' and email redirection is working properly.
When the user receives and replies to an email on their handheld, the message shows that it is coming from their exchange account, however, when the user creates and sends a new message from their handheld, the message shows that it comes from their old ATTWS account. How do I get to only use their exchange account? We are using a 7280 with v184.108.40.206 and desktop manager v220.127.116.11. Thanks!

Go to Options/Service Book and delete the web client service book.

All you really need to do was go into the inbox, click the wheel, scroll to options and then in email reconcilliation switch it from webclient to desktop. Then you can have the default go through BES yet still maintain the ability to send out using webmail.
