Wirelessly sync and desktop sync

I have a user that is wirelessly syncing with BES but would like to sync with his Outlook on his home computer.

Is there anyway to accomplish this without losing the wireless syncing?

BES: 4.1
BBerry: 8700
Desktop software: 4.1
