1.) Can i do a lookup based on DIRECTORY CATALOG on my hh? aside from ADDRESS LOOKUP?

The directory catalog contains address books covering other territories from ASIA.

2.) Any way how to do it?

If you use an extended directory catalog, yes. You will also require setting up directory assistance on the blackberry server to point to the extended directory catalog.
