Default SRP Key is one use?

Please Login to Remove!

I am a relatively new Blackberry user. A few weeks ago I setup a test server with Blackberry Express 4.1 for Exchange. Today, I finally setup what I intended to be the production server, but when I input my same SRP information, the key no longer passed the validation test. Not only that but now my test server no longer delivers messages either!

What should I do?

Thanks!

Yes the SRP key is can only be used on one server at a time. Your key is probabl locked now because two servers attempted to use it at the same time. Contact RIM to get it unlocked.

you can purchase a 90-day SRP. or depending on your TSupport level, you can get one for free.

Or you could one of the express licenses for testing: https://www.blackberry.com/express/?cp=ILC-BB1
