I have an 8700C BB and can't see my subfolders on it. I have a April & May subfolder under the Inbox on my Outlook 2003 and I see the folders in the view folders list on the BB, but when I choose the folder on the BB there is nothing in this folder. Why can't I see the messages I place in those 2 subfolders? I am running BES with v4.1.0.194 (plat 2.0.0.90)

You will most likely need to delete the folder and folder ID databases on the handheld, and then do a reconcile now. Or you would wipe the handheld and start an Enterprise Activation.

Sounds like you havent selected the folders to be synchronised - from the messages screen click the trackwheel, select options and then email settings, give the wheel another click and you should see folder redirection. Select the subs you want and save the changes. Messages you move into the folders after then should be visible from the Blackberry.
