We had a pilot phase where users were using Nextel 7510s. After the pilot is over one of my users is going to purchase a Cingular 7290. I am wondering if I can restore the information that he had on his 7510 to his new 7290?

Should be easy enough. I would backup the message database if he wants them saved. Then you re-activate the device, the addy book, calendar and all that will sync up with his email acct. Then restore the old message list and he shouldn't be able to tell a difference.

That makes sense. Everything but the email will sync with the initial sync and then I can restore the email items. Thanks for the help.
