Default Hidden Folders - 06-06-2006, 10:26 AM

I am getting errors with my veritas backup linked to the blackberry on my exchange 2003 server. The error is:

\\mailserver\microsoft exchange mailboxes\user name [username]
blackberryhandheldinfo.blackberrymsgondevicesearch folder
filename" is a corrupt file.

How do I go about deleting this file? Or even this folder? If I can delete the entire folder, will it recreate during the users next connection to their PC? Any help is greatly appreciated.

The hidden blackberry information within the users mailbox can be deleted by running the DBClean.exe. You will need to contact RIM to get the utility. You will need to run the utility on the users workstation or with a computer logged on with the users account and have a mapi profile created for his account.

Cheers
