Angry Opening RTF files with blackeberry

Please Login to Remove!

Hello,

We have BES 4.0 in the org and the users are complaining they are unable to open RTF attachments files. Is this by design? Is there a way to allow for RTF files to be opened from a handheld?

Thanks

You might want to ask this in the BES admin corner.

I'm not sure if this is going to work. I donxxx8217;t know what an RTF file looks like, but you might "MIGHT" be able to apply the following KB to your server. Just change the csv to rtf.

Article Number: KB-03820
(Can't post url because "You are only allowed to post URLs to other sites after you have made 10 posts or more.")

I would try this fix on a test server first.

Cheers
