Default No Automatic Email Reconciliation with BES 4.0 ?

Please Login to Remove!

Quick question, I have just upgraded a bunch of 6280s w/ BBOS 4.0 mainly for the wireless sync of everything. But now email doesn't sync (or reconcile) automatically, it will only do it if you select "Reconcile Now" in the options menu. Is there any setting somewhere that will make it reconcile email automatically. BTW these BBs are on BES 4.0.

You have to reactivate the devices when you upgrade the OS

I believe they activated after the OS install process. Everything else is working perfectly. It's just really annoying to have to manually sync the email.

As mentioned in this article, it indicates the steps to set it to Delete on: Handheld, Mailbox & Handheld, or Prompt.

The article describes the reverse but I have seen it happen when going from 3.5/3.6 to 4.0.
