Hi,

I understand that when an item is moved from the Inbox in Outlook to another subfolder of the mailbox, the BES server tracks this move and keeps a link to that e-mail on the Blackberry device. Is it possible to by default, view ONLY the inbox on the Blackberry device?

One of my users is complaining that the Messages folder on the Blackberry is too cluttered, and would only like to view items present in the Inbox.

Go to messege window ->Options -> general Options and change Hide Filed Messages to yes.

This should do the trick.
