BES user db sync issue
FP on this forum...GISs and this forum have been fruitless.
We have an BES 4.0.2 server in a Groupwise (7) environment.
Everything is (was) working wonderfully...I haven't had a need to touch the BES server in months.
This week we had a new employee with a new BB 7520 deployment.
Created the new user in NDS/GW just like normal...however she is not showing up in the BES server's user lists. In fact no new users that have been created in the past x days/months? are showing up as possible new BB users. Clicking on the sync address book "link" in the Service Control & Customization console only shows ---
A synchronization process is already in progress.
The pdf manual states a 12 hour sync schedule, but I'm afraid that process is stuck for some reason.
Starting and stoping the msde engine service and cold reboots have not corrected the issue.
Any advice would be appreciated.

I had the same problem a couple of weeks ago and discovered an executable on our BES at: -
C:\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server\GWSystemAddressBookSync.exe
When run it opens a DOS window and the output in that windows suggests that this program forces a GroupWise address book sync.
