Get the Windows Server 2003 Admin Pack from MS. Assuming you have the access rights, it gives you all the tools to manage an Active Directory domain from an XP machine.

Oh I have that.
I wanted something I could install onto my Blackberry and control them remotely. I am trying out the Idokorro blackberry app for our
AS400 account mgmt and wanted something I could manage the AD accounts with as well.

Idokorro also has a product called Mobile Admin which gives you the ability to perform some AD tasks as well as other tasks
