Hi,

If I file a message to another folder within my mailbox, my Blackberry recognises this change. What should happen if I move an e-mail to a folder external to my mailbox? Like a public folder or another mailbox for example. Does the item have to be manually purged from the Blackberry?

Thanks,

Dave.

Yes, if you move it to a public or archive folder, it will never sync the move on your device and you'll have to manually delete it.
