Default firewall ports and HTTP browsing

From what I can find, the only port I need to open for BES is 3101 outbound. Yet I have a lot of problems with web applications on the blackberry unless I allow all outbound connections from BES. A lot of "Bad Request" errors and stuff, all HTTP related. Has anyone else experienced this and if so, have you figured out what ports need to be open for this to work right?
